I bought this for my 4 year old granddaughter. After reading the instructions for adjusting the strap, it is still to big. The company needs to specify that this helmet is not made for toddlers.

Our school recently held a bike rodeo and required the kids to wear helmets. When our local supplier didn't get all of the helmets we ordered it was Amazon to the rescue! Helmet fits her head well. The straps are hard to get fitting just right, and I think they may slip around a little. Not enough to worry about safety issues, but a little annoying.
